Easily cook halibut in parchment paper with olive oil, green beans and carrots

Halibut Filet

Olive Oil

Instructions
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and simmer over very low heat with the crushed garlic and half of the dill
Place halibut on the lower half of a 12"x32" piece of parchment paper and brush with some of the garlic butter
Place the green beans and carrots net to the fish, top with lemon slices and drizzle all ingredients with olive oil
Fold over the parchment paper, like a book, and fold over the edges to make a sealed packet
Cook in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Optional: If you wish to broil at the end, only cook for 15 minutes and then finish under a preheated broiler. Brush with more butter before broiling
